Higher Education
Colleges and universities are in the midst of rapid change. The shift away from traditional models to meet the needs of current and future students has highlighted the need for effective collaboration between faculty and staff, increased the value of both leadership and academic needs, and put pressure on often outdated talent and human resources systems. With experience with private colleges, large complex university systems, and community colleges, the LaRocque Consulting Group consults with clients to assess faculty and staff engagement, provide faculty and staff leadership coaching, and design human resources processes and talent practices needed for the future.
Non-Profits
One of the key factors in Megan’s decision to leave the for-profit world and found the LaRocque Consulting Group was the desire to dedicate time and experience to help non-profit organizations support the missions to help others. The range of services offered to the non-profits served includes, Strategic Planning, Manager Development, Board Development, Team Dynamics Coaching and professional development. Megan is also on a non-profit Board and is a Certified Consultant for Maryland Non-Profits.
