Each consultant and coach come to the team with unique and diverse backgrounds including previous leadership roles in healthcare, higher education, financial services, non-profits, and government agencies. MEET THE PRINCIPAL
Megan LaRocque
Megan has over 25 years of experience working with leaders and teams to achieve business and professional goals. Having served as team leader and manager for much of her career, as well as an internal Organization Development and Talent Management consultant, leader program facilitator, and executive coach, she leverages first-hand knowledge with her clients by developing the leadership, talent and capabilities required for change and goal achievement.
She has had the opportunity to travel and work cross-culturally with employees and leaders in the US, UK, Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific regions. Her clients range across multiple industries including financial services, higher education, Department of Defense, and a variety of non-profit organizations. This global and varied experience has enabled Megan to work effectively with a wide array of clients with different backgrounds, cultures, styles, experiences, and perspectives. This experience ensures that each consulting engagement is tailored specifically to the needs and desired outcomes of her clients.
Outside of her consulting work, Megan is married with 5 kids between she and her husband, ranging from middle school through married adults. Their passion is travel and as of today, there is only 1 continent left on the bucket list: Antarctica! However, the world is a big place and there is a lot more to see and do!
